Nearly 120 children of THACO INDUSTRIES employees embark on its factory tour
Aiming to ignite passion, foster dreams, and shape career paths for future generations, THACO INDUSTRIES recently organized a factory tour for approximately 120 children of its employees.
The program included a film highlighting THACO's scale and operations, particularly in mechanical engineering and supporting industries. Participants then toured THACO's manufacturing facilities.

The children expressed great interest and excitement about the factory's scale and impressive machinery, including welding robots, laser cutting machines, milling machines, and CNC lathes, and more.

Duong Ngoc Nam, a 11th-grade student, son of Ms. Ngo Thi Yen, Head of the exported seat cover sewing line at AUTOCOM Factory shared: "I am so excited to visit my mom's workplace. Although I have heard many stories about it from her, this is the first time I have seen the factory and modern machinery in person".
“I found the tour to be a fantastic experience, particularly for someone with a mechanical engineering interest like myself. Exploring every aspect of the machinery was fascinating. I hope the Group continues to offer enriching tours and experiences for students like us during the summer,” he added.
Phan Tran Thanh Thuy, a 10th-grade daughter of Mr. Phan Nhu Anh Vu, the HR Director of THACO INDUSTRIES happily said: “Excited by my dad's stories about the factory tour, I signed up right away. The program revealed THACO's impressive multi-industry ecosystem and cutting-edge technology, making it my dream company.”
Taking his children to visit workplace for the first time, Mr. Mai Van Thuan, the head of the Turning Line, Machining and Cutting Workshop at the Mechanical Complex shared: “This program is incredibly valuable for both children and parents. It offers children a glimpse into their parents' work and strengthens family bonds. I hope to welcome these children as future THACO members.”
