THACO INDUSTRIES focuses on plastic production for automotive, industrial and civil engineering

As one of the major manufacturers of plastic products and components in Vietnam, over the past time, THACO INDUSTRIES has constantly improved its production capacity, developed high-quality products, and served unique requirements of customers at home and abroad. To achieve so, the firm has been investing and upgrading its production lines and machines, e.g. a plastic injection molding line with 19 molding machines from 110 tons to 3,200 tons imported from Austria and Korea, robotic painting line and automatic paint supply system which can meet premium paint standards set by different global auto brands, and an extrusion blow molding line which produces 14,000 tons of plastic per year.

The corporation has been supplying plastic products and components for the automotive industry, namely bumpers, wheel covers, spoilers, luggage compartment covers, radiator covers, pickup truck windscreens, interior and exterior components for different car brands (Kia, Mazda, Peugeot, Hyundai, Toyota, THACO Truck, THACO Bus, etc.) and exporting them to the U.S., Australia, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Cambodia.

In industrial and civil engineering, the products are diverse from pallets, spools, HDPE pipes, uPVC pipes, hydroponic plastic pipes, PE bags, vacuum bags, fabric bags, stadium seats, high-class furniture... for domestic partners Amann, Pinaco, Atrium, Makitech, and serving exports to America, Canada, Laos and Cambodia markets.

In 2023, THACO INDUSTRIES expects to earn revenues from plastics at more than VND400 billion, including $10.3 million of exports.

In the coming time, THACO INDUSTRIES will increase its training to build up its workforce, improve R&D capacities by applying advanced design and testing software (Catia, Inventor, NX...), meanwhile investing in advanced lines and machines to improve productivity and product quality, step by step becoming a leading plastic manufacturer in Vietnam.
