On Mar. 31, at the ceremony to close Dong Nai emulation movement 2022, kick off its 2023 movement and honoring the high achievers in the province, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, the Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee presented the second-class emulation flag 2022 to THACO.
