To improve effective negotiation skills for sales staff, on Feb. 24 and 25, THACO INDUSTRIES and THACO College organized the course "Arts of business negotiation" for 60 managers and executives in the corporation.

Since the beginning of 2023, nearly 200 courses have been given at factories of THACO AUTO Complex and the Automotive R&D Center. The training was performed in the forms of direct internal training at workshops and factories, classes at THACO College, or inviting in-house experts or professional trainers. According to THACO President Pham Van Tai, when small businesses start to join the supply chain and receive their first orders, they should not fear or give up due to pricing pressure from customers, but consider it as a challenge to overcome. Once we could meet those needs, we have already had a place in the supply chain.

THACO International Women's Day Festival 2023 at the Headquarters and sub-holdings came with different types of activities, including giving gifts, flowers, contests, workshops and picnics. But most of all, what has made the women feel happiest were the care, bonding and understanding one another.

Accounting for 23% of the employees at THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, female employees play an important role in the Group's overall development. Responsible, dedicated and creative, the women have come up with different solutions to improve productivity, product quality, and work efficiency. In 2022, out of 36 employees of the year, there were 7 female employees who earned the title, evident of their hard-earned efforts having been paid off.
