Now in its fifth year, the Sports Festival has won an enthusiastic response from staff. Building on the success of previous seasons, this year's festival again offers a space for employees to test their physical fitness, as well as widening their connection across units, thereby strengthening teamwork, with a wide range of events such as men's football, badminton, pickleball, swimming, relay running, and team-building games.

“The festival is a playground where employees compete and build grit, willpower, team spirit, and drive to reach their goals. Each match, with its own excitement, gives employees fresh energy to return to work with a positive mindset and a shared determination to meet their 2026 targets,” Mr. Bui Minh Khang, Dai Quang Minh Vice President and Trade Union Chairman, delivered the opening remarks on behalf of the THACO leadership.
