After returning home, the skilled and experienced students will be referred to companies, units under THACO or other businesses.

The first course will start in May. Those eligible for admission will be graduates or students studying at THACO College who wish to work in Japan.
According to Mr. Phan Tiem, THACO College Director, the cooperation aims to create a bridge for students to come to Japan to practice, work, and approach the advanced technology, management and development mindset in Japan, the top 5 country in automotive technology in the world. Also, they will be trained and improve their professional skills, Japanese proficiency, soft skills and have the opportunity to work for Japanese businesses in Vietnam.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lanh, Deputy CEO of Esuhai Co., Ltd. highly recommended THACO College's training model which combines theory and hands-on practice in the production lines and expressed the desire for long-term cooperation between the company and the school.
