At subsidiary level, new leaders were also appointed, namely Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung as General Director of the Construction Corporation, and Mr. Ngo Tran Trong Le as Deputy General Director of THADIDESIGN.
As a THACO Sub-holding, Dai Quang Minh manages comprehensive Investment - Construction activities across project types, including urban rail (metro); roads, port infrastructure, logistics, and shipping channels; real estate (residential and commercial); and urban areas and specialized industrial parks (automotive, rail, multi-purpose mechanical engineering, agriculture). It manages the entire value chain, from investment, design, and construction to business and operations management. Working on industrial, digital, technical, and technology-driven platforms, and drawing on THACO’s integrated resources, the corporation fully controls project quality, schedule, and cost. The company is gradually mastering the value chain and strengthening its ability to organize and manage different types of large-scale projects at the same time.
Under the Investment - Construction plan for the second half of 2026 and for 2027, looking ahead to 2028 and beyond, Dai Quang Minh will carry out many key projects nationwide. The Executive Board has been expanded to nine members, with responsibilities assigned by area of expertise, to improve management efficiency. This will help the company handle many large, varied projects at once that demand tight schedules, high quality, advanced technology, strong resources, and investment efficiency, eventually supporting Dai Quang Minh’s growth goals in this new phase.
