The project follows a new-generation industrial park model that is green, automated, smart, modern, and integrated with digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI). Key components include:

New-generation spare parts manufacturing plants: producing electronic circuit boards, components, smart electrical and electronic equipment; central control systems, sensor and monitoring systems; communication and specialized electronic equipment for automation devices.

Manufacturing and assembly plants for electro-mechanical and automation equipment: robots; autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs); 3D printing equipment, new-generation CNC machines, light civilian aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, fast charging stations for electric vehicles, control equipment for high-speed trains and urban trains, and other industrial and household devices.

All operations at the Center will follow a closed-loop process from product design, material research and manufacturing processing, production, assembly and quality testing to packaging and transportation, meeting international standards and customers' specific requirements.

Research and development (R&D) activities are identified as the new growth driver. Additionally, THACO will continue developing highly skilled and specialized personnel, inviting domestic and international experts to enhance innovation capabilities and create breakthrough technology products that meet market trends and demands, participating deeply in the global supply chain.
