THACO Chu Lai organizes annual health checkups for over 13,400 employees
From October 10 to November 28, THACO organizes annual health checkups for over 13,400 employees from THACO and Sub-holdings at the Chu Lai Industrial Park.
This annual activity ensures comprehensive health care for employees. During the program, staff take blood tests and receive body examinations, including internal and external medicine, electrocardiograms, X-rays, ultrasounds, and more, supported by modern equipment and qualified medical staff. Notably, personnel working in specialized work environments also receive additional occupational health examinations.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong, a worker at THACO INDUSTRIES Plastic Components Company’s Plastic Workshop, shared: "This is a practical initiative that shows the company's care for our well-being and helps us work with peace of mind and stay committed. Through annual health checkups, we can regularly monitor our health status, allowing us to detect warning signs early and get timely treatment."
Mr. Vo Hoai Bao, a Product R&D Specialist at THACO INDUSTRIES R&D Center, said: "Besides the medical examination, doctors also provide thorough advice on effective prevention and treatment methods, guide us on appropriate diet and exercise based on our physical condition, and give detailed analysis of health indicators. This helps me come up with more appropriate self-care plans to protect my physical and mental health."
Annual health checkups are part of THACO Chu Lai's employee policy, seeking to improve work performance, build a safe and professional work environment, and strengthen employee trust and commitment.
