The show airs at 8:45 PM on Fridays on HTV9, with reruns at 5 PM on Saturdays on HTV7, featuring 52 episodes in its first year. Each episode features an "ordinary" person from Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta region, e.g., ride-hailing drivers, factory workers, teachers in remote areas, or volunteers with their quiet contributions to communities, creating simple, yet empowering stories amid the hectic pace of city life.

At the launch event, Mr. Cao Anh Minh, HTV’s General Director, said the program had been developed over the last two years and is the first social TV production since the television station’s merger, focusing on ordinary yet deeply human stories.
