On June 28, 2025, in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, THACO Party Committee organized its 8th Congress for the term 2025-2030, embracing the motto "Unity - Intelligence - Creativity - Development".

The congress had 45 participants (including 40 official members and 5 probationary members), representing 154 members of THACO Party. Directing the congress were Ms. Tran Thi Mai Thao, Standing Committee Member of Bien Hoa City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Council, along with representatives of An Binh Ward Party Committee and leaders of the city’s Party Committee departments.

At the congress, delegates passed important documents: summary report of the 2020-2025 term, directions and missions for the 2025-2030 term, self-evaluation report of the 7th Party Committee during the 2020-2025 term, feedback to draft documents for the Vietnam Party's 14th Congress, and elected the 8th Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The congress also elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term with 7 comrades, and 2 remaining positions to be filled during the term.

The new Party Executive Committee held its first meeting, electing a Standing Committee of 3 comrades, Secretary and Deputy Secretary. In the end, comrade Nguyen Van Kim Lan was elected as THACO Party Secretary for the 2025-2030 term. The executive committee also elected a 3-member Party Inspection Committee and elected its committee chairman.

Speaking at the congress, Ms. Tran Thi Mai Thao, Standing Committee Member of Bien Hoa City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Council, highly praised the achievements in leadership and direction of THACO Party Committee in the past term. She also requested the Party Committee to keep on strengthening its unity, responsibility and determination to achieve the set goals and targets.

The congress approved the resolution with absolute consensus from all delegates and party members. In the new term, THACO Party Committee sets goals to improve leadership capacity, leading in completing political tasks and support production and business activities, build a clean and strong Party Committee, 100% of party members and up to 98% of employees to study Party resolutions and directives, state policies and laws, recruit 30 new party members, develop new union members, build strong Trade Union and Youth Union.

Established in January 1998, only 8 months after the company's establishment, THACO Party Cell was formed with 5 members. As of now, the current number of party members is 154, all of whom have well shown their political roles, focusing on promoting innovation, improving production and business efficiency, expertise, and management.
