On June 5, in Hanoi, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tue, THADICO President, signed the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) contract for the investment and construction of Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project’s phase 1 under public-private partnerships.

The signing ceremony had the presence of leaders from the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, Department for Roads, and representatives of Son Hai Group Limited Company, a member in the Truong Hai - Son Hai Traffic Infrastructure Development Joint Venture (including Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Corporation and Son Hai Group Limited Company).

Speaking at the event, THADICO President Nguyen Hoang Tue emphasized: "We commit to mobilizing adequate resources in finance, human resources, and technology to implement the project on schedule, ensuring it meets required quality and safety. We will also coordinate closely with the Ministry of Construction, local authorities, and related agencies to ensure transparency and efficiency throughout the project implementation."

In particular, THADICO hopes to continue receiving timely support from related parties in site clearance, legal work, and lifting any barriers arising during implementation in order to ensure the project’s quality and schedule as expected.

The Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project is one of the key traffic sections of Vietnam, connecting the Southeast region with the Central Highlands. Once completed, it will help connect the national strategic transport network, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring regional defense and security.

In phase 1, the road section has a length of about 60 kilometers, 4 lanes, and 17 meters wide. It starts from the connection point with the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway at the National Highway 1 intersection, while ending at the joint with the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway. The project has an investment capital of about 8,408 billion VND, is expected to start construction from August 19, 2025, and complete construction in 24 months.
